He'll have training 2 months AFTER his initial training... Those 2 months need to be subtracted from that because at Atlas you don't get paid for your training if it falls on a work day... Does he get sick in those 8 months? That's 3 months at 50 hours... Does a family member die? .... 4 months... Vacation? 5 months at 50 hours. The notion that he'd fly that much is straight up false. That recruiter is lying to him.
