At the moment with bidding it appears to negate seniority as your still constricted to work at least 70 hrs a month and can only have real manipulation if and only if someone picks up your trip from you. Of course if everyone has to work min 70hrs a month the time available that anyone could pick up a trip is probably minimal as 70hrs is nearly a full month of work block per a 30 day schedule depending.

Again I appreciate everyone's input. I really wanted to come to JB but its just looking like not such a great deal if even after a while I have to pull that many tricks to get time off.
Why even leave your current employer if money isn’t an issue and you have schedule manipulation?

Just to fly bigger airplanes?
