Ultimately was trying to see if there was some kind of obvious loophole that people are using around this. The timeline of when I can do this isnt as important its more about ever because of the built in restrictions.

At the moment with bidding it appears to negate seniority as your still constricted to work at least 70 hrs a month and can only have real manipulation if and only if someone picks up your trip from you. Of course if everyone has to work min 70hrs a month the time available that anyone could pick up a trip is probably minimal as 70hrs is nearly a full month of work block per a 30 day schedule depending.

Again I appreciate everyone's input. I really wanted to come to JB but its just looking like not such a great deal if even after a while I have to pull that many tricks to get time off.
