Trust me, I get what you are saying.

The issue is the opposite isn’t true.

We only have so much leverage within the RLA. Contracts don’t expire. Etc.

Unfortunately, the final size of the pie/cost of the new agreement will be directly proportional to the amount of leverage and negotiating capital we have.

Absent that, we can all operate under this contract until............

So no, you don’t roll over. You aim high but keep a cross check on the reality of our status under the RLA as well as to make it known in no uncertain terms that certain items like scope can’t be sacrificed.

We will know the outcome in the next few months IMHO. Then, 1 pilot and 1 vote.
