You can listen to what the company says in emails and skyhub posts, but don't ignore the actions that they are taking. Quite often, the message that is being broadcasted is in stark contrast with their actual actions. I, for one, know that I can only be lied to so many times before I recognize that it's my fault if I keep believing the lies.
