I assume 150 is closer to the trip, while 115 is for stuff at least a week out and builds from there?
I’m ok having it start at 115% if it means our staffing is decent enough to ensure our contracts stick around unlike the garbage staffing at other airlines that have to dish out 300% to barely keep their planes moving. 300% is not sustainable forever.
