Safety might be their marketing tool, but if you can't staff planes, it is a non starter. Hiring mins were 2500, and now they are going to be 1500. I absolutely could see how it would become 750-1000 someday. NetJets isn't immune to the industry wide problem of pilot hiring. If legacy airlines are looking to flight schools for the future, NJA can't rest on its laurels and claim that safety is paramount if pilot seats go empty, and starts impacting the ability for rich people to get on their private jet.
It's irrelevant whether minimums got done to 1,500, they've refused more than their fair share of interviewees with 6000+ throughout the year.
