It's irrelevant whether minimums got done to 1,500, they've refused more than their fair share of interviewees with 6000+ throughout the year.
with attrition at 3-4 per month in a group of 2,400 pilots, they don't have problem to hire the numbers they "feel they need" monthly. We would need to see a pretty big aircraft increase to be desperate to hire in higher numbers.
