You aren't tipping out of charity, you're tipping to encourage above and beyond service. Drivers who watch flight aware so they are at the curb waiting those who enthusiastically put your bags away and give you tips of what to do, get tips. The driver is paid to drive from A to B. Any other behavior should be rewarded.
