Haven't finished my first year with NetJets yet and this how my basic compensation broke down for my last paycheck.
Salary: $3,286 (CC76 schedule)
Long Tour: $98 (for willing to work 8 days in row if needed, still just 76 days worked in a four month period)
Flight Duty Pay: $1,888 (for working 28.1 hours last tour)
Holiday: $562 (for working on New Year's Day)
OT: $264 (for having an early showtime on day 1 of the tour)
That gave me a gross pay of $6,098 for a two week paycheck. This was a slightly above normal paycheck. I have had more and I have had less due to the soft pay variables. Multiply those numbers out and it shows that there is the potential to make over $150,000 as a year 1 FO
Yeah, the 76 schedule is a working man's schedule but its really not that bad, my perspective comes with working for Wheels Up...grass is definitely greener on this side! Eventually I'll move to the 72 then 7/7 schedule as my years progress with the company.
Just thought I would throw some hard numbers out there from a junior FO side
Cheers...
