I opened my Dell to a broken screen on an OAK layover last month. When I got back to MEM the next day, I walked into the Germantown store at 550pm and walked out prior to 6pm with a MacBook!
6% FredEx discount! I didn't have my id, but they gave it to me anyway. Must have been the wrinkled jeans and sneaks!
