The question is this: how many military guys recently hired are going to bail for Delta? Seeing the state of AA and Delta profit sharing. Seems that's the only hope for a raise is when a slug of them defect.
Seems people will stay for the retirements, but Delta has a bunch too.
As someone who flies with new hires all the time I’d say not many will leave. The reasons they came to AA were the retirements and seniority opportunities.
Delta is a much better run company right now obviously, but things like contracts and CEOs come and go during a 30 year airline career. Who knows
