Here is the main issue though. From management’s position, nothing is broken. The operations runs, and it doesn’t matter if the pilot group is unhappy. To them, pilots are whiners and it’s in their nature to complain.
So if it ain’t broken, then there’s nothing to fix. Things will only change if and when attrition shows a trend in going up and/or if recruiting fails and pilots stop showing up to class.
Meanwhile the seniority list is shrinking. Nothing significant has changed and our check airman don’t have students.
