This tells me you're looking to get to Delta by the age of 24 or 25. Just FYI, We have 14,423 pilots. Only 2 of them are 24 years old. Only 6 of them are 25 years old. Two things you can takeaway from that. 1) Your plan IS possible. 2) You're up against some tough odds.

For a 17 year old, you have put in an impressive amount of research and to have your path mapped out to the detail that you do shows that you are motivated to make it happen. All I'm saying is don't get discouraged if your path takes a little longer than planned, because life is not always so linear. Best of luck to you!
