Focus first on getting The Job. Case in point, the pilot pathway program is a definite yes to hasten benefits and company seniority within class. Has zero to do with airframe. Recommend you sign up for all cadet programs at all regionals.... Who knows where you’ll be in a year. The cadet program and it’s improved class seniority at Envoy is the difference btw 145s LGA and 175s ORD.

Get your CFII too (if you don’t have). Hours help you get the interview/job. Instrument hours help you succeed. Good luck! Time will fly by.
