Actually what they don't have at 250 is experience!! Hey atleast the 250 hour guys aren't flying the 747 like they do in asia right out of pilot cadet training.
The Asian Carriers also have a higher acccident rate than any US carrier. They fly good equipment, and are up to ICAO standards, so what else could it be?
