What matters is when your “Captain” is a FO seat fill that is doing the same stuff you are doing. Last job they flew 172’s and it’s their first jet and doesn’t call for positive rate on a go around. or they mess up reading the QRH and you fail your type ride. This is worst case scenario though.

My point is the same as yours; that you're going to have every chance to succeed and not be sabotaged by the person sitting next to you. And even beyond, that the person next to you might just be able to help save your behind.
