Why would I bother watching an ancient video that you posted to educate myself regarding company routes? If its is required/necessary the company should be providing additional training. Anything else should be in the manuals. Did I miss your point?
What you didn’t get the training by read file? Then followed by the union email reminding you to read the FOM before doing these flights? Catch the Spirit!!
