well to be fair, they teach us how to do a SEL call check on OE as a new hire and captain. But other than that no. Our WATRS route is pretty new for us.

Although I totally agree with what you said.. to be honest, Iv seen plenty of equally bad dressing DAL and other legacy/major pilots. Its not just spirit. So im not sure its directly related to contracts.
There will always be guys that are too cheap to dry clean once in a while, or too crazy to care about their appearance in general.
The few Iv run into who dress like a slob, are also on my list to avoid since they were awful to fly with as well. Funny how that is usually a commonality. These are the same guys who dont tip van drivers, are rude to almost everyone, lose their temper fast and fly like an idiot.
