CAUTION - there’s always a liability involved whenever you touch a wheelchair (which is something I was taught early at CAL) as you have no protection if something goes wrong. This is why you don’t see pilots at UAL help with a wheel chair. But, you can roll the dice at SWA to get down early. I’ve done this myself a few times.

As a JSer, you are REQUIRED to preboard if possible according to the SWA flight ops and ground ops manual. This is to check in with the captain and stow your stuff.
If any of you are denied or given any trouble about preboarding, please inform the captain so that he can follow up.
No wheelchair pushing required, although I am sure the ops agents appreciate it. I don't think you would be covered if a wheelchair pax got injured while you are pushing.
