I said one time not every time. I JS on SWA from STL to HOU when things are tight and I can't get on an RJ into IAH. I've never been asked again. However the one time sucked bad enough. Just because they don't ask doesn't mean they aren't within their limits to do so.
Sounded like an all or nothing statement to me.
