happens a lot. the extra $2500 doesn't muddle up the decision making process, either
there were 57 FO lines in ORD for S5; 6 reserve, junior line holder was most likely a 5/31/07 or earlier hire date. Chicago tends to go senior, but you shouldn't have a problem getting there a month or 2 out of training.
getting to/fro ORD is as hard as you want to make it. it is the major hub for 2 different major airlines...
