The problem with your question is that it has several correct answers. It happens to be a moving target.
I remember a year ago or less, that a DEC got it in training. They didn't keep it though as they were soon displaced off of it on the next bid. There was a 1500'ish ORD Captain that just got removed from the 175 as well for not being senior enough. Dallas trends more senior.
So, if I had to say, as a guess, you are looking at the sub 1500 realm to get awarded and being able to actually hold the aircraft through a vacancy bid. There are others here,
dera that would probably be able to nail down the exact number for you. 1500 hundred will most likely be the 2-2.5 year mark for a new hire.
