Looks like March 18 hire for ORD and Sep 17 hire for DFW. However they, as well as several senior to them by several months have another status that will displace them, either DFW to ORD or some to the 145. Maybe still in DFW, some 145 to other bases.

This month the junior line holder on 175 in DFW is a mid March 2017 hire.

If there really are that many resignations, it might go down, but it was still going up last HARD info I had, (training flow plan and seniority list).

That is the “fluid” part. If you are on the edge, you can easily bump up or down. May hold a line or not. Or may keep a status or not as new bids are awarded.
