Our position is that, without negotiated compensation for such training, (Extra cbt’s)any training administered by the Company violates our contract. However, we advise pilots to complete the training assigned to them by the Company – even if it is unpaid”
contract is being violated yet we want you guys to go ahead with it anyway..
