I've found that most of the time I never make it out to the highly sought after free hotel breakfast. It's either a dark thirty early show or I got in very late the night before and don't feel like prying myself out of bed for powdered eggs and a fancy waffle machine.

Best breakfast in the system? PHX long - get your ass across the street for some protein pancakes and a killer omelet, then go hit up independence gym complimentary of the hotel and get in a good lift session. THAT is how you overnight, son!
