Kinda depends on the trips. My most regularly expensed item is a taxi. If I went to IAD every trip I’d probably expense one every trip since it’s not unusual to take In+30 to get to the curb and if no van it’s one motion to the taxi. Did one in MEX last week which was unusual since the guy usually meets us inside door 8. Next day he held out his two cell phones and said I should of called.
