And the cost of doing that business should be properly compensating us with premium pay automatically. I get the company wants to stay ahead of the power curve. And if they need me to do it...fine. but you dont get to have your cake and eat it to. If you are going to treat my awarded rotation as a rough draft, then show me the money.
