XJTFO, I'm not sure how long you've been at XJT, but this place will never be overstaffed! By the time those folks get out of training we'll be short 20 to 30 pilots who have moved on.
Why do you think they're begging for new LCA and IP's Lots of movement.
Now we are trying to hire IP's off the street.
