At least the FAA interview hasn't devolved into the HR gamesmanship fiasco that now envelops the airlines. No BS "Hogan Test" and no going into a room while they play silly games. And it's not a beauty contest either where how you coordinated your suit and shoes gets graded.
The takeaway of the 10 questions is they just want to hear you talk about yourself. And the flight test portion is just basic airmanship.
