Does it say arrested for or convicted of. On the class one medical application it asks if you’ve been arrested for it. Doesn’t matter if you were convicted or not. I know you’re not asking about the med app but just keep that in mind.
Yes, this needs to be reported on the medical, and they will probably want some court docs related to BAC, etc.
