Here's what it would take for pilots to not complain

- 300k a year to fly what they're already flying with no retraining
- 100% pension in retirement
- Never fly when we don't want to
- Fly a lot when we do
- Fly only super fun routes to amazing destinations
- All 30 hour overnights, unless we don't like those, then boo 30 hour overnights!
- All Long legs
- All short legs
- unlimited sick time
- unrestricted control over the reserve grid
- drop EVERYTHING whenever you want
- pick up EVERYTHING at 200% pay after you drop EVERYTHING with no penalty
- Paper ODH
