Given the dire situtation they were under, the negotiating committee did a respectible job....................which is to get the best deal "

They didn't take any further paycuts!
They still have
some Scope protections.
Most importantly, I didn't see any more give on Duty/Trip rigs.
Protected JR folks with NO furlough clause.
Were able to get a respectible B-Pan/401 K match............. It Doesn't help the Senior Guys but I beleive they all knew and were expecting the A-plan is going to be terminated anyway.......negotiations or not..the company is still in Bankruptcy.
