With very few exceptions, every YES! voter that I've spoken to, in every vote we've given away, had barely skimmed over the language, if at all, before voting. I was able to swing a lot of votes by merely pointing out what the language
actually said, vs. the SWAPAganda. The 2006 TA1 that got shot down in 2009 is a great example of the no voters educating (barely) enough to shoot down that absolute POS. Granted, TA 2 wasn't much better, but at least we're not ridden with almost
twice the allowable "Hard won!" DTCs than we are currently enjoying, among other things.

Well, 1 out of 2 is better than we usually do. The YES! voters gave away 100% retro last time, before they even got to vote YES! on TA1.
