I am thinking about coming to WU with 3300 TT and about 1200 hours of King Air 350 as well. If you get hired as an SIC and meet the upgrade requirements pretty quick, are you allowed to upgrade or does one have to wait a year?
Also, do the pilots switch seats at all (ie; the SIC sitting in the left seat) like some other operators?
