Get ready for understaffing, junior mans, credit pushes, and min days off!
I’m expecting some sweetener LOAs to improve things in the mid future. The majority of the 2015-2017 hires will stay for the DGI but those hired after will have greater numbers leave to other majors as soon as they get their time. Once this starts to happen and DGI applications go down is when I think the company will blink.
