They were doing lateral moves to places like PSA, there were real questions as to our viability, and we still had a bankruptcy contract dragging us down.
By and large, that's not the case anymore.
Mostly we're all in this for the Benjamins, but I don't see them putting a bonus out there big enough to prevent movement to the likes of UAL, or even places like JB.
Not yet anyhow.
There is only 1 retention bonus which will stem the attrition. It ain't green, but it rhymes with glow.
And I don't see it happening unless the mothership can find a way to do it without being forced to take double NOs. And boy howdy, what kind of lawsuits will be loosed if the 9E MEC signs off on it?
