Why all the MEC reps? Because the MEC is the body that votes in the master chairman and they are the body that approves his tactics and his plan. In large part, it's the MEC's failure and not just the master chairmans. the MEC is the boss. If they say jump, insler is supposed to ask how high.

Someone has to be at the extreme right shoulder of the bell curve, why not you!?

Through calls to reps, P2P feedback, contract survey results, and communications from the MEC acknowledging that changes to scope that HARM pilot career progression is unacceptable. I think that the MEC is aware of where the majority of membership stands.

IF a AIP makes it past the MEC to a TA that will be voted on by membership I think they understand the hurdle. I’ll read the TA and vote on the merit of the agreement.
