Kudos to you if you care enough about your uniform that you'd spend your own money ro remedy the mess of a uniform that JB forces us into owning. That's where we differ I guess. I paid $0 out of pocket first year for uniforms. I wore the "tents" that we pass off for shirts. I own several custom-made suits and shirts, and love how they actually look neat on me, but I'm not willing to spend my personal money on correcting the JB uniforms.

Second year, I bought two new shirts and had them tailored out of my uniform allowance. I get all the arguments about this not being "free", but I used the money for what it was intended. I don't buy luggage I don't need and hawk it on Ebay as some may do. Roll over what you can, but it becomes "use it or lose it" money. I'm playing with house money.
