Just outside the box thinking and asking questions. Do we need to fill the gap? If the company were to decide that they don’t want 100 seat jets, is that necessarily bad? The 50 seat jets are not liked by customers, are getting really old, and will eventually take care of themselves. Is a business model with the current level of 76 seat jets, and the rest of the lift covered by 737/319’s a bad thing? Is going through the expense of adding another fleet type such as the A220 and unlocking more rj’s better, or worse? Not suggesting any option. I just want to have a foundation of different ideas when it comes time to read and analyze a TA.
