Back when they switched over to chip cards, they deactivated my credit card without warning. I was on the road, on a weekend, and calling USAA reached only a third party call center who told me “they” (USAA) would not reactivate my card and I was SOL. USAA is just another garbage big business these days. More expensive for the same crap customer service as everyone else.
