There is pushback from an advocacy group, but the goal is to widen the runway and displace it to move it away from the taxiway, allowing aircraft with wider wingspans. This would allow A319, A220, and the 737-700 to possibly make it into Aspen, (in addition to the G650). They have already determined that the A220 would have the performance to do it, and possibly the A319 and 737.
737 can do CRW if you restrict it to 65 seats.
Curious if they can get in and make us money
Though its aspen so just charge more right?
