As of right now your starting pay is $29.97/hour as a 737 F/O with your rate going to $54.74 in your second year.

Per Diem is a whopping $1.85/domestic, $2.05/Int'l. If you are a reserve you will be paid 76 hours or hours flown. As a lineholder your guaranty is 72 hours although most lines are built around 80 hours and you can fly as many hours as you wish with no bank time.
