I left Eagle after 9 months back in 2005 for another regional. I left cause Eagle was not a good place to work and treated people like crap (still is/do....gotta love traditions). Anyway, after the remainder of the “lost decade” of aviation, in 2013, I finally started getting interviews at mainline carriers. Guess what, it never even came up. I was ready to answer it, but it wasn’t even mentioned. I took a risk years ago, and if I hadn’t, and listened to all the naysayers and the “no major will ever hire you” people, and stayed at Eagle and just waited to flow.....I’d be 3 years junior to where I am right now at AA. My classmates from my Fall of 2004 class at Eagle are 3 years junior to me.

If the OP is gonna do it, do it now. Not something to slow play, and something you better be confident about doing.
