The only things you need to consider are:
1. Did you break a contract of employment (ex: new hire signing bonus term or training contract)
2. Did you give at least 2 weeks notice?
If No and Yes will be your respective answers, you’ll be just fine. If either of those are not those answers, your SS number will become listed in the “blocked to hire” list, and your chances of hire at AA drops to just about zero.
