One of my ties is indestructible and the other pattern falls apart after one use. I stopped wearing that pattern. I don’t get the *****ing about tailoring. The uniform allowance is plenty to cover it. If it isn’t, you should find a different tailor or accept that you want to spend more on “premium” tailoring. I’m sure an RSA will cover your next 5 years of tailoring.
The uniforms are the least of our problems. We should fix them if we can, but spend very little effort on it compared to the rest of our issues.

I've been hearing that "Well our uniforms are the least of our problems," sh!t for 13 years.
Maybe some of us think it's important to wear a decent good quality uniform for the sake of dignity and to look like professionals instead of looking like a bunch of clowns in sweat shop outlet garbage.
