New to UPS. So far the schedules are not what I expected, doesn't seem commutable. Getting a lot of 4on/3off with Sunday/Monday starts. Sometimes I only get 2 days off inbetween trips and with commuting and 2 small girls, it has taken a toll on my QOL.

Contemplating a move to SDF to have a better QOL. Has any new hire recently moved to SDF? Can you share your experience here. Love it, hate it, regret it?
