After watching the video, this makes a lot more sense. Long story short, until the Teamsters get their new deal we will be sidelined by the NMB. They won’t take long since they can strike the day their contract expires. This keeps up with or slightly exceeds status quo and sets some useful precedents for when we restart negotiations in 2022.

I want to see the remaining videos for the TA and attend the briefing, but I am much more in favor of what the EB has done now. This will also enable us to use other airlines new contracts as enhanced leverage.
