It was stated to assist with the (potential) BLG issue that the Bid weeks start on Sunday vs. Monday. A quick review of the Feb reserve lines shows that this may have come to fruition. FWIW there is not any carry-over listed for the 727 Lines in Feb. ALL reserve days end on Sat. I expect to see a change in March.
Not exactly what I see, the reserve schedule looks the same with about 1/3 of the lines having carry over. At least 727 S/O lines.
