The problem with ORD is all of the construction. I think the expansion's supposed to be complete in 2021. Once that's complete, UA should grow considerably at ORD.
I'm not ORD and never will be, but I don't see ORD as being a long term seniority problem. When I got hired in 2000, ORD was the most junior domicile.
I'm pretty sure UA has major expansion plans once the construction's complete so I'd expect it to be competitive with SFO and EWR as a junior base.
