I don't think they will even break ground on the new terminal buildings until that has happened. 2024 opening maybe? A lot can happen between now and then. I don't think the OP was looking quite that far out. He just wanted to know how long until he could get to ORD, and today it seems reasonably quick. Tomorrow maybe not.
